Customer Cash Back on 2009 Nissan Versa

2009 Nissan Versa Sedan

Nestled somewhere deep within the the Yaris and Fit whirlwind, we find Nissan’s versatile Versa, powered by a 122-hp 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine. And now, as part of Nissan’s National Tent Event, you can get customer cash back on the 2009 Nissan Versa.

The Versa seats four adults can be comfortably toted around town without having to take extended stops to stretch—more important on those longer trips where you just want to get to your destination quickly. And those trips will cost a lot less if you decide to purchase a Versa: fuel economy figures are 24 mpg in the city and a whopping 32 mpg on the highway (automatic) and 26 mpg in the city and 31 on the highway (manual).

An optional CVT transmission is also available, though only on the Versa SL version. We’d probably opt for the manual because 1) the clutch and shifter on the Versa are butter-smooth and 2) the manual transmission will interject some enthusiasm into the driving experience. Our favorite part is that 3) it’s not just “any” manual, but a 6-speed manual, normally reserved for sports cars. _Shift is good.

2009 Mazda6, red, rear 3/4 view

Mazda has just announced that they will waive the security deposit on select 2008 and 2009 models when you lease one in January! That means you can drive a brand new Mazda off the lot and pay only the first month’s payment plus the acquisition fee, tax, title and licensing fees.

For a limited time, you can lease a clean and green 2009 Mazda3 i Sport for only $169 per month for a joy-filled 36 months. With a 148-horsepower, 2-liter 4-cylinder engine that gets 24/32 mpg (city/highway), driving a Mazda3 i Sport makes a great deal of sense in these uncertain times. And when you consider that the Mazda3 was recently among the top finishers in Consumer Reports’ 2009 survey of most reliable cars, this deal only gets better.

If you need something a bit bigger, then take home a 2009 Mazda6 i Sport for just $229 per month. Newly redesigned, the Mazda6 has gotten a ton of praise for its refined yet sporty good looks. A 170-horsepower, 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine motivates the Mazda6 i Sport with relative ease. When equipped with the 5-speed automatic transmission, the Mazda6 is capable of 21/30 mpg (city/highway). Helping to make a case for its practicality is the Mazda6’s generous trunk space. At 16.6 cubic feet, the Mazda6 has one of the most spacious trunks in its class. We could go on and on about the rest of Mazda’s lineup included in this deal, but it’s better if you just see for yourself. Click the links below and take advantage of this great offer.

2009 Nissan Versa Deals

Monday, December 15th, 2008

Nissan made headlines this year when it announced a new base model Versa that would retail for under ten-thousand dollars. You may be asking yourself, “How good could a sub-five digit car be?” The answer to that question is, quite simply, “pretty darn good.” The 2009 Nissan Versa 1.6 offers efficient and simple transportation at a recession-friendly price. With a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine making 106 horsepower, the base model Versa won’t be the quickest car you’ve ever driven, but it’ll have enough power to get you where you’re going. And when you’re getting 26/34 mpg (city/highway), you can hardly complain. A five-speed manual transmission is standard, but an automatic is also available. Thankfully, sacrificing safety wasn’t an option for keeping this car’s cost down. The Versa 1.6 comes standard with dual front air bags and front and rear side curtain airbags. The Versa’s sedan body style offers a class-competitive 13.8 cubic feet of trunk space and plenty of rear seat room for passengers. The end result is a lot of car for not too much money. If you don’t take advantage of these super-low prices, someone else will. Click the links below and type in your zip code to find the lowest price in your area.

Lease a 2009 MINI Cooper for $312/month

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008

Gas prices got you down? Then now is the perfect time to get yourself into an 2009 MINI Cooper. With outstanding fuel economy and a classic design, the MINI has charmed its way into all of our hearts here at CarsDirect. We take every opportunity we can to get behind the wheel of one of these fun-to-drive, 32-MPG hot hatches. And right now may be the best opportunity ever. MINI is offering an extraordinary deal on the 2009 MINI Cooper.  Through October 31st, you can lease a 2009 MINI Cooper with only $312 due at signing with $0 security deposit and payments of $312 per month for 36 months.

But, that’s not all: you get full maintenance for three years or 36,000 miles. Just imagine, for three years you can enjoy a genuine European icon that handles like a slot car on rails while getting excellent fuel economy and safety, but pay no more than you might for that mundane sedan you were looking at. All it takes is a visit to your local dealer and a test drive to realize how much fun (and how affordable) driving a MINI can be.
